We are proud to announce the winners of the Gender Equality Excellence Award in Aviation, a joint initiative by EASA, ICAO, SRVSOP, and EU-LAC APP 2. Please see the video available here.

The call for the first Gender Equity Excellence Prize in Aviation for Latin America and the Caribbean opened on 24th of January. Nominations were made until 08 March 2025. The winner was announced on 01 May 2025.

This prize aimed to advance gender equity and inclusiveness in civil aviation and aerospace by celebrating the achievements of the community in Latin America and the Caribbean, while also fostering the exchange of best practices among regional authorities, industry, and international organizations.
