Fatigue Management Workshop ANAC Brazil

In the framework of the EU-LAC technical cooperation programme, from 6th through 8th October, 9 ANAC Brazil staff members attended a workshop dedicated to the Air Operations – Fatigue Management European Union and EASA regulations.

The objective of the workshop was to make known to Brazil ANAC, the European Union Commercial Air Transport – Fixed Wing Fatigue Management Regulation, addressing

• EASA OPS.055 Rulemaking Task on FTL
• EU 83/2014 Regulation amending Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 laying down technical requirements and administrative procedures related to air operations - FTL
• FTL Requirements:
  • Implementing Regulations
  • Certifications Specifications
  • Acceptable Means of Compliance and Guidance Material
• Scientific and Operational Fundamentals
• Interpretation and compliance
• EX-Post evaluation on FTL effectiveness.
