Workshop with ANAC Brazil on EU Rulemaking
Online - 27-28 September 2021
In the framework of the EU-LAC technical cooperation programme, during 27-28 September, 26 ANAC staff members attended a workshop dedicated to aviation regulation in the European Union and EASA rulemaking.
The objective of the workshop was to introduce to the technical staff of ANAC - Brazil to the aviationl regulatory framework of the European Union, addressing:
- The regulatory structure
- Types of legal acts
- First level legislation and operational regulations
- Procedures for the development of regulations and work instructions
- Implementing regulations and EASA decisions
