EU LAC APP II Third Project Management Board Meeting

Sao Paolo, Brazil - 25 February 2025

The Third Project Management Board meeting of the EU LAC APP II project, funded by the EU and implemented by EASA took place on the 25th of February in San Paolo, Brazil during the RAAC18 meeting of the ICAO South American member states.

EASA Delegation on site, composed by SM31 Section Manager – Latin America & Sub-Saharan Africa, Ms Carla Iorio, EU LAC APP 2 Project Manager, Ms Eleonora Italia, and EASA Rep in Panama, Mr Alfonso Arroyo, was happy to welcome the active participation of the project partners, and stakeholders.

The meeting opened by welcoming speeches from high level representatives of ANAC Brazil, as hosting country, ICAO, LACAC and the Deputy Head of the European Delegation in Brazil, Mr Jean Pierre Bou. The project achievements in the past period, as well as workplan for the next period were presented and discussed.

The meeting was held at Hotel Meliá Jardim Europa, Sala Pau Brasil, João Cachoeira, 107 - Itaim Bibi, Sao Paulo, Brasil.
